You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. All orders are delivered via registered courier and will require a signature, unless you provide authority to leave during checkout. If your address is unattended at the time of delivery your order, and you have not provided authority to leave, your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to sender. This information will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website.

Please note that during busy promotional and sale periods some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume.

SPLIT ORDERS

If you have an order with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification with the new order details. There will not be any additional shipping charges applied.

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERIES

All New Zealand online orders are dispatched from our New Zealand stores. This means faster delivery times, and that no customs charges will be incurred. For our New Zealand returns address and policy, please see the page.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details.This email will also include a link which will allow you to track the status of your delivery at anytime.If you have not yet received an email notification, please be assured our online team are most likely still working hard to get your order to you. Please note: tracking information may not be available online for 24 hours.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

If you would like to deliver your parcel to a country outside New Zealand please

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
