Your use of our website is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with our Terms and Conditions. These maybe amended from time to time without notice.

Orders

Your contract to purchase any of our products becomes a binding contract only when you have received our confirmation of both your order and your payment. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Prices

Prices displayed on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Our prices are inclusive of GST applied at the current rate and exclude all foreign taxes. All prices (including delivery and other charges) are subject to change from time to time and are subject to availability.

Lost Delivery

If a scheduled delivery does not arrive please email us as soon as possible. Please be aware we do not accept responsibility for any lost orders as a result of a third party’s negligence.

Credit Cards

All credit card payments are handled by a Paystation who are PCI compliant and MT NZDesign Limited does not have access to any of the credit card details.
